I bought this from a Guy called Miles Matthews from down south in Manjimup - a place where it rains a lot and is hence damp and unforgiving on cars. All i found was the body , no chassis. Moss and Lichen were growing in the engine bay. It was so bad that i received the "Wood Duck" prize from the VW Club that year as nobody believed that anything would ever come of it. Well I showed them - 2 years later - It took best of show that year. It is a 1960 Coupe sitting on a 76 Bug chassis, 4 wheel disc brakes and 1776 motor. I am still finding ways to improve it.
